WaveContinuum is an invitation to experience life as Movement. This spontaneous, organic dance is full of surprises and reaches far above the movement possibilities commonly known to us. We use the supple vibrations of sound and breath to open muscle tissue and joints. Through this softening we invoke rippling waves into our torso, pelvis and limbs. These oceanic undulations can be experienced as a kind of love. We become more resonant, open and capable of communion with all life. In the natural beauty of your movement, you can sense your organism finding itself. From there you take off to dance freely in your flow.

Find peace and freedom in body and heart through sounds, breathing, and wave motion.
This work is specific, yet it gives you ample space to find your way and move according to your needs.
The frequencies of the sounds and the breath open pathways and create space in the connective tissue and joints. A beautiful space-time continuum is created as if you were floating in water or space.  In that place, healing, mending, and peace can happen.

WaveContinuum: Water is Life…And so is Movement! with Eva Alewa Geueke

Evoke the healing power of water through sound, breath and spiral movement, delving into the wisdom of “your inner biology”. Here we invite our inner waters to penetrate and saturate all the different layers of ourselves: muscles, connective tissue, organs and cells.

In this workshop you will learn to:
– Restructure your movement and reverse aging.
– Evoke the fluids and spark electricity in the body to heal and multiply healthy cells.
– Explore your beauty, strength and creativity through wave movement and sound.
– Tap into the wisdom that lies inside of the Body’s fluid system.

With this practice:
– the spine aligns, joints open,
– muscles lengthen and strengthen,
– heart opens, mind calms, wisdom flows and spirit soars.

Life flows in the healing energy of spiral movement, breath and sound! Moving with love and awareness we create balance in the body between the Water and Earth elements.

Eva Alewa Geueke

Eva (Honolulu / Cologne) practices the path of embodying the sacred through conscious movement and dance. Originally a professional trained dancer who performed and made her own evening length dance pieces she ultimately felt that teaching will bring more healing and positive change into the world than performing.

After her Feldenkrais training and working intensively with Emily Conrad the founder of Continuum Movement and Susan Harper in the 80ies and 90ties she created Wave-Continuum. This beautiful healing movement practice opens the heart and connects the mover to the wisdom of life embedded in our fluid system of out cells and the universe. Undulating movement meditation, breath and sound bring this ancient awareness to the surface......

Finding Balance and Miraculous Communication between Heart, Brain, Face and Gut: a WaveContinuum Workshop/celebration for Equinox – LIVE ONLINE, INTERACTIVE During this workshop we’ll explore how the long Vagus Nerve communicates with the face, brain, and heart. When we were in the womb, the head bowed to the heart, connecting through the vagus nerve early on. With unique sounds, breath, and spiral movement, we will explore this vagus nerve communication axis in the WaveContinuum way. In WaveContinuum, we evoke the healing power of water through sound, breath, and spiral movement, delving into the wisdom of “our inner biology.” Here we invite our inner waters to penetrate and saturate all the different layers of ourselves: muscles, connective tissue, organs, and cells. We learn to sense movements that come from deep inside and let them flow outwardly. In our body, we carry information from all the different stages of life, from the single cell-protozoa to the upright walking being. Diverse movement possibilities expand and provide new opportunities in our life. WaveContinuum can help dissolve pain and limitations. We learn to evoke fluids and spark electrical pulses through the body to heal and multiply healthy cells. Through the gentle, intuitive spiral movements and sounds, we explore beauty, strength, and creativity. We may even reverse aging. We tap into the wisdom that lies inside of the body’s fluid system and create a balance between Water, Fire, and Earth elements. Life flows in the healing energy of spiral movement, breath, sound, love, and awareness! With this practice, the heart opens and strengthens, the mind calms, wisdom flows, and the spirit soars.

'Movement is life, life is a process. Improve the quality of the process and you improve the quality of life itself.'

'Nothing is permanent about our behavior patterns except our belief that they are so'.

'What I’m after isn’t flexible bodies, but flexible minds and to restore each person to their human dignity.'

 Dr. Feldenkrais
